1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email), club or business profile information you provide, outreach and messaging content you create, and payment metadata from Stripe (we do not store card numbers). We also collect basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and debugging.
2. How we use it
To operate the service, match clubs with sponsors, send transactional emails, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal bases
Contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (marketing emails, where applicable), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
4. Sharing
We share data with processors that help us run the service, including Stripe (payments), Supabase / Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), and Resend (transactional email). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
5. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations (typically 6 years for financial records under UK law).
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
