Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Grow the Game is a UK-based sponsorship platform connecting grassroots football clubs with local businesses. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Grow the Game; "you" and "your" refer to the club, business, or individual using the service.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ and authorised to act on behalf of the club or business you register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.
3. Payments and commission
Sponsorship payments are processed by Stripe. Clubs receive 100% of their listed sponsorship price; a 5% platform fee is added on top of the club's price at checkout and paid by the sponsor. Stripe automatically routes the club's full amount to their connected Stripe account and the 5% fee to Grow the Game. Grow the Game does not hold client funds. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are deducted by Stripe.
4. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are handled through Stripe. Clubs are responsible for their own refund and cancellation policy. Grow the Game may reverse platform fees where a payment is fully refunded. Chargebacks are governed by Stripe's dispute process.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to send spam, misrepresent your club or business, infringe third-party rights, or breach applicable law (including UK GDPR and PECR when contacting businesses).
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow the Game is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
